Service Pricing
Our pricing is based on time on site. All prices include labour, transport, and responsible disposal. Remember: if we find treasure, we sell it and pay you back—your final bill could be significantly lower.
Special Item Surcharges
Certain items require additional handling or disposal fees due to regulations or specialist processing.
Booking Terms
- 30% deposit required to secure your booking
- Balance due on completion of the clearance
- Quotes valid for 14 days from date of issue
- Payment by bank transfer or cash
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- 48+ hours notice: Full deposit refund
- 24-48 hours notice: 50% deposit retained
- Less than 24 hours: Full deposit retained
The Treasure Hunt Terms
Our "Treasure Hunt" resale service operates under the following terms:
- Items identified as having resale value will be listed for sale on your behalf
- Items have a 30-day window to sell
- You receive 30% of the net profit (sale price minus platform fees and shipping)
- Payments are made monthly with a full breakdown provided
- Unsold items after 30 days become the property of Hunt 'n' Haul

Liability
Hunt 'n' Haul is fully insured with public liability coverage. We take all reasonable care when working on your property. However, we cannot accept liability for:
- Items disposed of with your consent during the clearance
- Items of value that were not identified or disclosed prior to clearance
- Pre-existing damage to property or contents
Waste Disposal
Hunt 'n' Haul is registered as an Upper Tier Waste Carrier with the Environment Agency (Registration: CBDU618952). All waste is disposed of responsibly and in compliance with UK regulations. A Waste Transfer Note is provided for every job.
